Cordant People are supporting a specialist multinational beverage company who, due to continuous growth, are looking to add a full-time permanent, experienced Inbound Contact Executive to the team.


Educated to GCSE/O'Level standard including Maths and English
Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills
Computer literate
Exceptional grammar and letter writing skills with high attention to detail
To be within commutable distance of Thame
A drive to learn and progress THE BENEFITS:
Working Days - Monday - Friday (rota'd weekend work)
Working Hours: Between 8am & 6pm 
Weekend Rota: Saturdays - 9am - 5pm & Sundays - 9am - 3pm
Salary: £18,000 (rising to £18,500)

Training and progression opportunities 
A full and recognised Guinness accreditation THE ROLE:
To provide an exceptional customer experience for all customers and stakeholders.
Taking inbound telephone calls from new and existing customers. 
Gathering information and inputting data into the system.
To have a comprehensive understanding of the client activity, campaign product information
Gain in-depth knowledge of 'bar and cellar' set-ups including parts used, fault diagnostics and resolution (full training will be given)
Spend time 'in the field and office' with a Diageo Engineer to get a full understanding of the Guinness Quality processes
To become a 'product and technical expert'
To be able to handle all contacts to a high standard
