Mana Education is working with a Primary/Secondary school working with young people with behavioral and emotional needs, the role itself is to provide agreed support to the young people and assist in the delivery of planned learning activities, to observe pupils and feedback their performance and behaviour.

Interacting with the pupils and building positive relationships with them to ensure a productive learning experience, if you have experience working with students with challenging behaviour and want to make a difference to their learning this could be the role for you.

The role also requires you to have good administration skills so some form of healthcare background, keeping records would be an advantage.
