Machine Operator - Entry Level
Location: Folkestone
Hours: Full-time, shift-based, 12 hour shifts

We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for motivated Trainee Operators to join their production team in Folkestone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into manufacturing, with full training provided and the chance to progress within a well-established business.

What you'll be doing:

Operating machinery and production lines following clear instructions.
Assisting with material movement and pallet wrapping.
Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Identifying and reporting quality or machine issues.
Following set procedures, safety rules, and site policies.
Using computer systems to record production information.
Working effectively as part of a team across shifts.What we're looking for:

Good understanding of written and spoken English.
Basic maths skills.
Computer literacy (training provided).
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
Reliability and willingness to learn new skills.What's on offer:
