Role Overview
This client seeking a proactive and analytically minded Customer Accounts Advisor to manage customer portfolios, support strategic operations, and ensure seamless customer account administration. The role calls for a professional with 3-5 years' relevant experience and a strong technical acumen to navigate complex commercial workflows and support continued business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for high-value, global customer account management, ensuring accuracy in order processing, pricing, and customer service delivery

* Liaise with production and supply chain teams to support forecast planning and fulfilment schedules

* Maintain and analyse customer data to support decision-making and performance tracking

* Handle queries and troubleshoot account issues with professionalism and efficiency

* Contribute to pricing strategy reviews in collaboration with commercial and finance teams

* Produce reports and insights from SAP and MS Office tools to guide planning and service optimisation

Essential Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years' experience in a customer account or sales operations role within a technical or manufacturing environment

* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, including Excel for data analysis

* Knowledge of forecast planning, order processing, and pricing strategy development

* Strong attention to detail, with a confident and collaborative communication style

* Ability to adapt to evolving client needs in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
