About the Role

As Bids and Funding Manager, you'll take the lead on developing compelling bids across a range of employability and skills programmes, with a particular focus on Skills Bootcamps and government-funded opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying new funding opportunities and tender notices

* Leading end-to-end bid writing, submission, and compliance

* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather content and build winning proposals

* Managing bid timelines and ensuring timely submissions

* Staying ahead of changes in policy and funding landscapes

Who We're Looking For

You're a proactive and commercially-minded bid professional who brings:

* Proven experience of writing and managing successful bids in the employability or skills sector
