Sales Ledger Clerk | London Bridge | Paying £34K
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Group Sales Ledger Clerk to support invoicing, cash allocation, reporting and credit control across several divisions within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Match and process cash receipts on COINS and reconcile remittances.
- Manage sales invoicing, credits and client queries across multiple business units.
- Submit invoices via email and client portals; chase billing instructions where required.
- Prepare weekly debtor reports and assist with monthly cashflow updates.
- Support credit control: debt chasing, new account setup, credit checks, VAT/RCT status confirmation and maintaining action notes.
- Issue monthly statements and follow up on queries.
- Provide holiday cover for the wider sales ledger team.
About You
- Experience in sales ledger or finance administration.
- COINS experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong accuracy, communication and organisational skills.
- Confident with Excel and general office applications.
