We are a small, but busy estate planning and elder law firm deeply rooted in the community seeking the right person to become a part of our family as a Client Services Coordinator. The Client Services Coordinator is the first line of support to talk with potential clients and guide them through our intake process, so they can get the HELP and support they need. This person will primarily be required to talk with potential clients about the reason for their call, answer basic questions or pass on legal questions to an attorney, assist in the collection and input of key information into our case management system, complete all administrative duties associated with client intake and retention, communicate with existing clients on their case workflows, and maintain calendar for attorneys and staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of administrative, legal, and/or marketing experience. A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office, exceptional interpersonal skills, great follow-through and attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to EFFECTIVELY multi-task. Experience working with CRM software is a plus.

 

Requirements:
