Responsibilities:

* Produce accurate, high-quality components from customer drawings to required cycle times

* Maintain efficient, cost-effective production standards

* Identify and implement improvements to production and manufacturing methods

* Communicate effectively across departments

* Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

Requirements:

* Recognised engineering apprenticeship or significant experience as a Turner or Miller.

* Proficient in using Fanuc controls desirable across machines such as vertical borers, lathes, mill turns, and 5-axis lathes

* Strong communication skills across all levels of the business

* Knowledge of SPC and lean manufacturing practices

* Good PC skills
