Your new role

You will support whole-class learning, deliver small group interventions (e.g., maths/reading boosters), supervise classroom tasks, and help prepare resources. You'll also provide general support with behaviour, routines, and learning engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience with KS2 pupils, good curriculum understanding, confidence assisting with core subjects, and strong communication skills.
