Lead Mechanical Engineer - Building Services
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: £52,000 (negotiable)

We're hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer for a hands-on role at a newly built, high-profile site for a major global client. You'll take ownership of mechanical services, manage one team member, and coordinate with stakeholders and contractors.

Key Requirements:

Level 2 plumbing or equivalent mechanical qualification

*

Strong experience in mechanical maintenance (PPM and reactive)

*

Previous supervision of specialist contractors

*

Good communication and basic IT skills

*

Willingness to be part of an out-of-hours call-out rota
