Senior Consultant - Organizational Change Management (OCM)- LOCATION OPEN (US)

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

We are in need of strong consultants (C3A or C3B) who can work with senior OCM practitioners to help deliver OCM for key clients. Specific OCM prior experience is not a requirement (but certainly preferred). What is needed in the resource(s) is:
· Good client engagement capability and presence
· Clear communicator
· Quick thinker / fast learner
· Above average XLS / analytical processing skills
· Above average PPT skills
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with others Typical Project Dynamics
· Will be working a range of OCM projects
· Average project duration from 3-6 months
· Will always be supported by a senior OCM Lead resource Typical Project Dynamics Potential opportunity to join OCM practice FT depending on interest and performance Key Skills / Knowledge:
· Track record of delivering at senior levels of client
· Experience delivering large-scale business change programs, from initiation to fulfilment and handover to the client
· Deep knowledge of one or more Change Management approaches with the ability to flex within that approach dependent upon client and project need
· Understanding of business architecture, business process development techniques and structured approaches to change impact assessment
· Stakeholder management at Director level
· Strong evidence of results orientation
· Strong relationship skills with proven track record
· Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) using standard MS Office tools Required Experience:
· 8 years relevant professional consulting experience
· Preferable but not essential: experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences; Manufacturing; CPG; or Retail industries
· Preferable but not essential: ERP implementation experience; Change Management experience as part of a technology-enabled business transformation Duration of the Assignment: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary Range Payable : HR to advise based on grade and experience Number of persons required: Multiple C3B’s and C4’s Special working conditions (e.g., travel, on call): Available to travel within US Additional remarks (if any): Onshore / Offshore multi-country engagement experience an advantage Person Specification: (i.e., negotiating, client-facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.
