Supply Desk is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a pupil with additional learning needs at an Ofsted-rated Good school in Southampton. Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND or specific learning needs

Assist with classroom activities and adapt resources to meet individual needs

Support emotional well-being and encourage positive behaviour

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans

Promote independence and confidence in learning

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude

Ability to follow safeguarding and school policies

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
