About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full temporary recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to matching them with the perfect job roles. You'll work towards targets and KPIs while building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities:

* End-to-end management of temporary recruitment assignments

* Sourcing and screening candidates effectively

* Matching candidates to client requirements

* Achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs

Who we're looking for:

* Strong communication skills

* Previous experience in recruitment

* Self-motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic

* Confident with the ability to work well under pressure

* Career-minded with a drive to succeed

* Must hold a valid driving licence
