Rate of pay: Paid to Scale (£150-£280 per day depending on Experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in different school environments.

Supply roles are available across primary and secondary settings, with opportunities ranging from day-to-day cover to longer-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Follow school policies and procedures
Provide feedback to school staff at the end of the day or placement
Adapt quickly to new settings and classroom expectationsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK schools (desirable but not essential for ECTs)
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach
