Job Title: Team Leader

Contract Type:4 months Temporary (with possible extension)

Working Pattern:Full Time, hybrid working

Daily Rate: Up to £120 + weekly holiday pay

Location:Office is based in Birmingham City Centre

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in:

• Overseeing and allocating work within the team, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards are upheld.
• Leading and motivating a team of Administrators to deliver an efficient and effective service.
• Identifying training needs and promoting continuous professional development.
• Providing guidance to team members to ensure successful outcomes.

You will need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in supervising teams within a busy office environment.
• A good understanding of prioritising and delivering on key activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a drive to improve service quality. ??
