About the Role:
Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a nurturing school environment in Winslow. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs

Assist teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning activities

Support the development of communication, social, and behavioural skills

Help create an accessible and stimulating learning environment

Monitor and report on pupil progress to teaching staff and SEN coordinators

Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in line with school policies

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN in an educational setting

Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
