What You'll Bring:

QTS or PGCE with recent experience in a UK primary setting

A calm, consistent, and nurturing presence in the classroom

Strong understanding of the national curriculum and adaptive teaching methods

Confidence in managing behaviour with empathy and clear boundaries

A proactive, team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom

Commitment to inclusive teaching that supports all learners—academically and emotionally

Additional Requirements:

Full Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

2x references from educational settings

Previous experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is beneficial
