Description

The key responsibilities of this German Speaking AR Specialist role will be:

Manage accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments accurately.
Communicate with German-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all financial transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Profile

A successful German Speaking AR Specialist should have:

Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 3-4 years in a similar accountancy role
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
