Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

We are looking for experienced Revit MEP Coordinators to join a leading engineering company, in a contract position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week on site, and 2 working from home.

-Hourly rate from £40-£45 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP.

-Experience with cloud-based Revit collaboration tools.

-Good understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks.
