Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about the organisation's services and products.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and finding the best solution to solve the problem.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
