They have experienced consistent growth and success, and in order to ensure this continues, they are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their team.The OpportunityAs the Engineering Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance operations across the production facility, whilst always ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, managing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Duties will include coordinating daily maintenance activities, leading PPM programs, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and automation related faults, and ensuring ongoing adherence to health and safety standards.The CandidateAs a Maintenance Engineer with 5 or more years in the manufacturing sector and a relevant engineering qualification at level 3 or above, you will also have 1 or more years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. You demonstrate exceptional delegation and decision-making skills, as well as a proactive and positive attitude. You will also possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed stakeholder requirements.
