Description

  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial systems.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the property industry.
  • Strong technical skills with expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
