Job role: Recycling Plant Fitter / Recycling Maintenance Engineer

£52,000 Basic Salary - Depending on Quals and Experience

Plus Benefits + Overtime

Shift -Monday - Friday DAYS

We have partnered with a leading manufacturing company, specialising in recycling, quarry, aggregate machinery, who due to continued success are looking to recruit a Recycling Plant Fitter.

The main responsibilities of the Recycling Plant Fitter will include.

* Ensuring recycling, quarry and aggregate plant equipment is functioning in the correct manner.

* Maintaining balers, compactors, shredding machinery.

* Maintaining all equipment on site, such as, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, PLC controlled equipment, sortation equipment, and balers.

* Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment.

* Fault finding and diagnostics.

* Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work.

* Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis.

* Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.

* Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
