Our client based in Greenford is currently looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Team Leader to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong supervisor skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Night shifts - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 4 nights on, 4 nights off
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Team Leader:- Leading and supervising the night shift team to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinating tasks and workflow during the shift
- Providing support and guidance to team members
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Handling any issues or incidents promptly and professionally
- Reporting on shift performance and ensuring targets are met
Key Requirements of Warehouse Team Leader:- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (ideally in retail or similar environments)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
- Flexible and reliable with a professional attitude
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
