School Site Supervisor - Wirral

About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and previous experience working on school or educational projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and subcontractors.

Job Title: Site SupervisorLocation: WirralSalary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or building projects.
• Previous experience working on school or educational facilities projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and school representatives to ensure smooth project progression.
• Enforce strict health and safety regulations on-site, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Monitor progress and report regularly to project managers and clients.
• Ensure site documentation is accurate and up to date.
