RedRock Recruitment require an experienced Mobile Engineer (MEP) for a permanent role, based in Loughton, Essex. Applicants MUST hold a clean driving license, 18th edition & gas safe.
Duites will include
* Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance to all building services, both mechanical and electrical systems as well as ad hoc maintenance duties.
* Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
* Install, repair and maintain electrical systems in commercial and domestic settings.
* Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work carried out and report any substandard or defective equipment
* Ability to diagnose and complete first time fix on M&E equipment to a high standard
* Perform scheduled maintenance service on building services systems (M&E)
* Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes & environmental standards
* Escort specialist contractors and work beside them as required
* Servicing and installation of different types of AC systems (i.e. Cassettes, Wall Mounts, Ducted systems, AHU & VRV's, etc) and electrical systems (i.e. Schneider, ProLogic lighting etc)
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out recommended repairs
* Carrying out a variation of tasks throughout the day in different areas.
* Ensuring work vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
* Communication is key with our office team on a daily basis as and when required.
