Key responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions
Collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and efficient
Analysing data to determine the effectiveness of current designs
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Providing technical guidance to junior team members
Ensuring compliance with industry safety and design standards
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements in the field
Liaising with clients to understand their design requirementsProfile

A successful Design Engineer should have:

A hands-on background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Inventor CAD software and other design tools.
