Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £21000 - £22000/annum £2k car allowance

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a Construction company in Sheffield. They are looking for a Training Administrator to work in the Learning and Development Team. You will be entitled to a £2,000 car allowance, along with 13% company bonus, along with a number of other company benefits.

As a Training Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to

-Provide administrative support relating to Learning and Development matters including events
-Producing reports on Learning and Development activity
-Updating and maintaining learning records for each are of the business
-Coordinating learning events and ensuring all staff attend
-Updating the learning calendar
-Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

A successful Training administrator will have the following attributes:
-Previous experience working in an office-based administration role is essential
-Previous experience in a HR administration, or Learning and Development Administration role would be a bonus - but this is not essential
