Office Assistant

Office Assistant – buzzy tech company central London – £28,000-£30,000 plus great benefits

Exciting opportunity to join growing, entrepreneurial tech company as Office Assistant with office management duties in great offices in central London. This team are fun and sociable and you will be encouraged to get involved across the business, working alongside the Operations Team.

  • Office management for growing team – ensuring smooth running of office, liaison with suppliers, managing facilities
  • Arranging company events
  • Finance administration including invoicing, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Supporting Operations team with projects
  • HR administration

The right candidate will have 6-12 months’ experience working in an office environment, ideally in an SME. You must have previously assisted with finance administration and have a ‘can-do’ attitude; you will be happy to get involved with the team and help out wherever you can. The role will develop over time as the London office grows, and this person will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as a key member of the business.
