Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Cadeby for a Yard Operative/FLT Driver to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Yard Operative/FLT Driver job details and benefits;

£650 per week to start with the potential to increase when permanent plus a weekly bonus of between £30-£50

Extra overtime opportunities available Saturday paid at 1.5 - Meaning further earnings!

10 hours shifts Monday to Thursday & 8 hours on a Friday starting between 3am-7am (rotating weekly) (3am - 1pm, 5:30am - 3:30pm, 7am - 5pm)

Paid for 40 hours standard and 8 at overtime 1.5 per week as your breaks are paid!

Yard Operative/FLT Driver Job Details;

Assisting the production teams (taking products from sheds, taking in steel/pallets etc)

Packing up products with banding machine

Stacking products in the storage area

Picking loads

Loading & unloading vehicles

FLT Driving up to 16 tonne capacity

Washing of production moulds

General house keeping

Quality checking/counting/steel checking

Making up of part packs by hand into full packs

Yard Operative Person Specification;

Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product

Must have a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

Own transport required due to location and hours
