What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
Support personalised learning activities
Encourage emotional regulation and engagement
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Promote an inclusive classroom environmentWhat we're looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
Patient and adaptable approach
Strong teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
