CAD Co-ordinator (Revit MEP)

Location: Central London

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced CAD Co-ordinator with strong Revit MEP skills looking to join a dynamic building services team in Central London? This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.

The Role

As a CAD Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) services across a range of commercial and residential projects. You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed Revit MEP models and drawings, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce and manage Revit MEP models and CAD drawings for building services projects.

* Ensure accurate MEP coordination with architectural and structural elements.

* Collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve clashes and technical issues.

* Maintain drawing standards and support the development of BIM workflows.

* Participate in design reviews and provide technical input where required.

About You

* Proven experience as a CAD Co-ordinator, ideally within building services/MEP consultancy or contracting.

* Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, with strong 3D modelling and coordination experience.

* Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and building services design principles.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
