You’ll be joining an expanding Gloucestershire based Corporate Finance M&A team backed by a respected and growing national advisory practice. The structure gives you genuine ownership of deal workstreams, direct collaboration with Partners, and the chance to build a visible reputation across the West Midlands & South West mid-market.

This isn’t a role where you’re limited to one aspect of a transaction. You’ll work across the full lifecycle - valuations, buy-side, sell-side, financial due diligence and strategic advisory - with real scope to contribute to the growth of the Corporate Finance offering in the Midlands / SW regions.

Your key focus areas

· Leading workstreams across acquisitions, disposals and due diligence

· Analysing financial performance, forecasts and value drivers

· Identifying commercial and financial risks that shape deal structure

· Producing clear, high-quality reports for senior leadership

· Supporting and guiding junior team members

What you’ll bring

· ACA/ACCA qualified

· Experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or FDD

· Strong analytical capability and commercial judgement

· Confident, client-facing communication style

· Ambition to progress and help shape a growing CF presence in Midlands / SW regions
