Class 1 (C+E) Trunking Driver - Newton Aycliffe Depot

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work from our client's depot in Newton Aycliffe.

This is a non-customer-facing role with no store deliveries involved. Ideal for drivers looking for clean, straightforward trunking runs with minimal interaction and no handball.

• Class 1 trunk runs from Newton Aycliffe depot

• Duties include tip, load, and return

• No store deliveries involved

• Not customer-facing

• Minimal or no handball

• Full Cat C+E licence, CPC, and digital tachograph card

• Minimum 1 year of commercial Class 1 driving experience

• Reliable, punctual, and confident with early starts

• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled routes

• Start times between 02:00am and 05:00am

• Weekday and weekend shifts available

• £15.00 per hour - Monday to Friday

• £18.00 per hour - Saturday

• £19.00 per hour - Sunday
