Join Our Team:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Estates to lead the strategic and operational delivery of estates services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the future of our estate portfolio, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership across all estates functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
* Lead the development and delivery of estates services aligned to organisational strategy and business plans.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, embedding innovation and service excellence.
* Manage budgets, performance, and governance across estates operations.
* Act as a visible leader, promoting organisational values and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
* Degree‑educated in estates, property, or facilities management (or equivalent senior‑level experience).
* Demonstrated success in leading estates services within healthcare or complex environments.
* Proven track record of budget management and strategic planning.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS, IWFM, IHEEM) desirable.
