Registered Nurse – Day Shifts | £21.45 per hour | 22 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Minimum two years post-qualification experience, ideally within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in dementia care and complex nursing needs.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents with dementia and nursing needs.
  • Administer medications safely and manage care plans in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health and wellbeing accurately.
  • Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and health & safety policies.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure holistic care.
