We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to support a Berkshire based client.
Responsibilities:
* Project engineering small packages of works.
* Delivery of a portfolio of small - medium sized projects in accordance with the company project roadmap throughout the project lifecycle ensuring governance to current engineering standards and compliance with CDM regulations.
* Strict GMP compliance to be adhered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
* Coordination with the Principal Contractor and all other project team members to ensure completion to schedule.
* Project management services to oversee the completion snags and any construction defects identified.
* Project management services to oversee the completion of any installation, commissioning and qualification by liaising with the vendor, company Validation and any other company teams.
* Weekly project progress reporting to the company Portfolio Manager.
* Weekly project reporting to the PM Group/company Alliance Manager
Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline
* Project Engineer/ Project Manager with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering complex Manufacturing Facility and processing projects, in a highly automated GMP production environment
* Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion
* Full project lifecycle experience from end to end design through to C&Q and handover
* Understands project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation and project closeout
* Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership team
* Execution/adherence - demonstrated record of on time delivery
* Demonstrable record of delivering right first time handover of documentation.
* Ability to work with end user on developing operating procedures, maintenance & calibration plans,
* Strong understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices
* Experience using SAP and budgeting tools
