Shift Pattern: Rotating Bi-Weekly (Days, Backs, Nights)

They are seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their engineering team and support continued growth and success.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a wide range of production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all production lines and equipment.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.

*

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

*

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to efficiency projects.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.

*

Work collaboratively with production teams to maintain a culture of reliability and performance.

*

Record maintenance activity and ensure accurate documentation.

About You:

*

Time-served engineer with a recognised engineering qualification (electrical/mechanical).

*

Previous experience in a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

*

Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.

*

Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

*

Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

*

Willing to work on a rotating shift pattern (days, backs, nights).
