Process Engineer

A company specializing in containerized effluent treatment systems using advanced separation technologies and electrocoagulation is seeking a field-based Process Engineer.

The role involves:

Visiting client sites throughout the UK, with occasional international travel.

Maximizing efficiencies and ensuring the continuous operation of treatment systems through installation, integration, training, and servicing.

*

Following service schedules, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities for growth.

*

Managing engineering resources and maintenance systems to deliver optimal installation and performance.

*

Installation, calibration, and maintenance of process instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.

*

Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with automated control systems (PLCs, SCADA) and instrumentation loops.

*

Ensuring accurate data acquisition and reporting from instrumentation to optimize treatment processes.

The successful candidate should have:

A degree in an engineering discipline.

Experience in an engineering role.

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ability to plan and execute projects.

*

The ability to prioritize workload and manage pressure.

*

A full, valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
