Donard Healthcare currently has excellent opportunities for Staff Nurses to work within hospital wards and A&E in throughout hospitals in the Southern Trust.

As a Donard Healthcare Agency Nurse working within these NHS hospitals, there are block bookings available or adhoc shifts, paying £30-£43.50 per hour!

Your duties as a Staff Nurse working within these NHS hospitals will include –

Responsibility for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of these programmes of care
Carrying out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision
Effective team working; maintaining staff relationships and moral
Effectively communicating between patients, staff and relatives and reporting any issues to the line manager
Ensuring all documentation is legible and accurate
Maintaining own registration with the NMC with supervision support from Donard Healthcare’s Nurse Manager
Ensuring professional and personal development in accordance with NMC requirements with the scope of Professional practice

Essential Criteria

· A valid NMC pin

· A minimum of 6 months clinical experience within a hospital environment

· Sound Knowledge of current nursing practices

· Willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI certificate
