THE COMPANY

Established for over 30 years, my client is a leading, award winning supplier of luxury bathroom solutions for trade and retail customers. They sell innovative products such as mirrors, cabinets, bathroom furniture and lighting that give bathrooms the "Wow factor!". They are looking for a passionate, personable, highly organised, Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager, to sell their range of products to Retailers and Merchants covering South London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex.

THE ROLE

Daily face-to-face visits to maximise growth of sales across the territory
Managing a ledger of existing accounts, developing relationships with customers
Identifying sales growth opportunities such as developing display sales and stock offers
Acquiring a thorough understanding of each customer's needs and requirements
Building and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
Training and motivating showroom staff to sell the company's products
Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and communicating with customers on any issues that need to be resolved.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous proven sales experience gained within an external sales role
Exceptional customer relationship building skills at all levels, with the ability to manage a CRM system
Strong negotiation and facilitation experience, with problem solving ability
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
Strong time management and decision making skills with the ability to prioritise a varied work load

Full UK driving licence essential
