Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Manchester
We are working with a RIBA Chartered Architectural practice based on the outskirts of Manchester, who are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team to help deliver work in the residential sector in what is proving to be an exceptionally busy period of growth for the company.
Our client predominantly specialises in residential projects, and have built a strong reputation across the North West for delivering a wide variety of schemes within the sector. This includes being involved in masterplanning, multi-unit developments for regional developers, one off high end bespoke, social housing and work in the care sector.
Role Requirements:

Experience in the residential market
Advanced proficiency using Revit
Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning processes
Ability to mentor junior team members and oversee technical delivery
Experience managing technical aspects of projects from concept through to completion
Strong knowledge of construction detailing and specification writing
