Inbound Sales and Retentions Advisor
Location: Tulketh Mill, Preston, PR2 2DY
Salary: A starting annual salary of £15,502 paid fortnightly with yearly pay reviews each April. From April 2019 salary of £16,146 + uncapped commission which means realistically you can earn as much as £1,000 extra per month, with the average being around £600 per month + Excellent Benefits including Perkbox!
Hours: Generally, our contact centres are open between 8am and 9pm, 365 days a year including bank holidays. Shifts could be any time during these hours. Whilst we'll give you notice of your shifts in advance you'll need to be available during these hours. We also have part time positions available.

We’re looking for people who can communicate confidently and listen intently whilst working out how to convert an enquiry into a successful sale. You don’t need heaps of sales experience; but you should have a natural flair for conversation.
As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will be selling line rental and broadband packages on behalf of a large, well-known and national supplier. Don’t worry! This campaign is not cold-calling nor selling PPI! You would be working on an inbound campaign (only taking incoming calls) from those who are interested in purchasing the services. In fact, on average our conversation rate on the campaign is as high as 45-50% (this means nearly half the calls we take lead to sales).
To be a brilliant Sales Advisor, you’ll need to have:
* Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
* A genuine passion for sales through customer service
* Previous sales experience will be desirable but not essential
* A professional telephone manner
* Resilience, understanding and patience
* Effective time management
* An openness to feedback and confidence working with others
