My client is seeking a Civil Drainage Design Engineer with at least 4 years' experience in the design and delivery of drainage systems for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WINDES/MicroDrainage software and possess a strong understanding of current UK drainage standards and SuDS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design of foul and surface water drainage systems using WINDES/MicroDrainage

*

Preparation of drainage strategy reports, flood risk assessments, and SuDS designs

*

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, and environmental engineers

*

Liaising with clients, local authorities, and regulatory bodies

*

Supporting junior staff and contributing to project delivery from concept to construction

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

*

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in drainage design

*

Proficiency in WINDES/MicroDrainage and Civil 3D (desirable)

Strong technical knowledge of UK design standards and regulations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
