Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected Main Contractor based in Southampton. The business is in a strong financial position with ample workload on the South Coast. They work across various sectors including commercial, residential, care and leisure with projects valuing up to £25mil and administered via JCT forms of contracts. Their projects are usually within an hours' radius of Southampton.

Due to a few recent key project wins, they're now looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor. As Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Commercial Lead, and will be involved in projects from initial conception through to completion. You will be responsible for procuring sub-contract packages, managing on site and dealing with any variations, later completing final accounts.

In return, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be rewarded with a salary of up to £55k + Package and the opportunity to join a business with plenty of progression opportunity and a solid pipeline of work in the region.
