Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity this September? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed and proactive individual to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in Trafford on a long-term supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential, whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience.
The Role: -
Supporting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management

Working with individuals and small groups to boost learning and confidence

Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEND support where required

Creating an engaging, inclusive and safe learning environment

Providing feedback to teaching staff and helping to track pupil progress
What We're Looking For: -
Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting (essential)

A genuine passion for working in education

A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
