What will the successful Recruitment Resourcer be expected to deliver? 

Speak with candidates to build your pipeline of talented education professionals 
Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions 
Attend school and education provider visits to build meaningful partnerships 
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability 
Create compelling job adverts to attract the right talent 
Manage compliance including Right to Work checks and references 
Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards to source great candidates 
Maintain accurate data using our ATS (Vincere)
