Parts Advisor

Location: London UB2 (Full-Time, Office-Based)

An established automotive repair centre with an excellent reputation is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join its team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop by managing stock, processing orders, and working closely with technicians to support repair operations.

About You

* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Parts Advisor (or similar role within the automotive sector).

* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems.

* Previous experience with bodyshop management systems (e.g. AutoFlow, Advance) is desirable.

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A valid driver's licence.

The Role

* Accurately process parts orders, handling returns and exchanges when required.

* Maintain and monitor stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records.

* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any supply issues quickly.

* Work closely with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts to support repair deadlines.

* Keep the parts department organised and efficient.
