Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

Experience supporting children with special educational needs.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
A strong understanding of primary education and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
