The Role - Behaviour Support Mentor

We are looking for a confident and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join a mainstream primary school in Wandsworth. In this full-time role, you will support a pupil across Key Stage 2 who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.You will work 1:1 helping a child regulate their emotions, engage in learning, and develop positive behaviour strategies. Working alongside the class teachers, SENCO, and pastoral team, you will play a key role in promoting inclusion and emotional resilience.
